Lumiere Cafe

Lumiere is a dessert-and-coffee counter on the Al Kout Mall waterfront in Fahaheel, set right on the lagoon, a calm, elegant little spot in soft browns and pinks, with umbrella seating out by the water. It's built around sweets rather than meals: the brand's "Fluffs" filled doughnuts (pistachio, crème brûlée, Lotus, Kinder), a crème brûlée cheesecake, honey cake and cookies, alongside the espresso and latte menu. There's lagoon-side seating outdoors and a few tables in, and it delivers through the usual apps. A pretty stop for something sweet by the water.
